A young student is looking for a room to rent, but he doesn't have any money. He looks at a nice room in a nice house, and explains his situation to the landlord. The landlord is sceptical at first, but then they come to an arrangement - he finds the student attractive, and will waive the part of the rent in return for weekly sexual favours! The young student has no choice but to agree, but is disheartened when the landlord demands the first payment right then and there.
